Who we are
This site is run by Cozy Nook Relics LLC, a single-member LLC in Dallas, Texas. Contact us at cozynookrelics@gmail.com. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm or when the item ships, whichever comes first. If we cannot make or send something you ordered, we will tell you and refund you in full. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was listed wrongly.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and cover the item only; shipping is shown separately before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, or through Etsy for Etsy orders. Sales tax is added where we are required to collect it.
Handmade goods
Every piece is made and painted by hand, so colour, grain, and finish vary between pieces. Photos show real items, and small differences from the photos are normal rather than faults.
Custom orders
We agree the design, price, and timing by email before starting. Custom pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or are not what we agreed. You can cancel before we start the work; if we have already started, we refund the part not yet made.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Our shipping, returns and cancellations policy is part of these terms.
Safe use
Our pieces are decorative collectibles for personal use. Keep them away from open flame and heat, and keep small parts away from young children and pets. They are not toys.
Our content
The text, photographs, and logo on this site belong to Cozy Nook Relics LLC. You may share links to the site. Please do not copy our photos or listing text for your own selling.
Fan-made items
One Wish Willow is a fan-made collectible inspired by the film Obsession. Cozy Nook Relics is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Focus Features or NBCUniversal, and we do not claim any rights in their trademarks.
Limits
We stand behind what we make: if an item arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, we repair, replace, or refund it. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Disputes
Email us first; almost everything is fixable that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Dallas County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
