Shipping, returns and cancellations
Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are made and packed within 3 to 5 business days, then sent with USPS. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way. Custom orders take longer, and we agree on the timing with you by email before we start.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of your order and where it is going. You see the exact cost before you pay.
Returns and refunds
You can return an unused item within 30 days of delivery. Email us at cozynookrelics@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Once the item is back with us and we have checked it, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method, usually within five business days.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or are not what you ordered. In that case, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will repair, replace, or refund it in full, including shipping.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order before it ships. Email us as soon as you can and we will cancel it and refund you in full. For custom pieces, you can cancel before we start the work. If we have already started, we will refund the part we have not yet made.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and email us the same day if you can. If tracking says delivered and you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your local carrier first, then email us: we will help you chase it and make it right.

How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order. Orders are made and packed within 3 to 5 business days, then sent from Texas with tracking. Delivery inside the United States usually takes another 2 to 5 days. Canadian orders take roughly 1 to 2 weeks because they pass through customs.
Where do you ship to?
The United States and Canada. Shipping is a flat $5 inside the United States and $20 to Canada.
What is the One Wish Willow made of?
Real wood, sanded and hand-painted in thin layers, flecked by hand and sealed. The grain shows through on purpose, so no two pieces come out the same. It arrives in a retro-style collector box.
Can I return it?
Yes. Unused items can be returned within 30 days. If a piece is damaged in transit we replace it, and return postage for a faulty item is on us.
Is this an official Obsession product?
